Lower Zambezi Safaris offer their clients the true taste of Africa in their custom tailored safari packages from their base at Msaku Mbezi lodge.

Guests dictate what activities they want to do and when they want to do it, there by allowing maximum enjoyment. Be it expertly guided walking safaris through our surrounding game management area (gma) which ensures "extreme close ups" or the 4x4 game drives on our modified Toyotas and Unimogs which provide fabulous game viewing platforms, fishing for that record breaking tiger fish from our fully rigged boats, enjoying the day go by at the river or pool edge, catching the last rays aboard a sun-downer cruise or a night drive safari we offer it all.

Msaku Mbezi camp is one of three that Lower Zambezi own and operate in the Lower Zambezi area in Zambia. It consists of 5 custom designed and hand built with natural materials from the surrounding area. The all boast private views of the Zambezi river, hot and cold running water in their en-suite bathrooms, private balconies, a communal dining area and the soon to be completed swimming pool. All have been sited, designed and built so as to take maximum advantage of the environment, whilst at the same time having the least environmental impact possible.

There is the option of either opting for full board or self catering which further allows for tailored packages. The meals that are provided as part of the full board packages are expertly prepared my our master chef who prides himself by continually exceeding guests expectations day in and day out. You would be forgiven for forgetting at meal times that you are infact ouit in the middle of the African bush when served with his master pieces.
